Well I had not done any tracking or running in about two weeks ...then I get sunburnd .... I have now gained 4lbs total ugh then I was told I could gain weight from sunburn its been a week and yay ...so far 3lbs down meaning I only gained 1lb ....sure u should be about six lbs under that if I kept my goals ...but I am back…

I lost about 12 this month so far ...but I really had to push myself to workout everyday burning 750 cal a day 5 days a week .... I actually lost a little less at the start cause I was only doing 500 calories a day 4x a week ... but try to set monthly goals and don't give up if you are off by a few lbs .... challange…

weird question ... but in your dreams do you guys see yourself as what u currently weigh? I always see myself smaller ...but this is even before trying to lose weight .... I have even said to myself oh this is a dream my tummy is not as big. but usually I am "normal"

I like to snack on the 100 calorie packs .... helps if I want something sweet or salty ....I also have like the tlc bars .... I like my snacks to be at about 100 calim ories ...so the calorie packs work ... I am also on a 1200 calorie a day lifestyle

I have been doing 10,000 already .....if its a challenge I think I should up it I wanna say 15000 would be good for me 700 a day 5x a week ....sounds hard but I guess that's what makes it a challange .... okay I'm in but for 15000 ...need to lose weight by the end of july....need to lose period but july we go to florida…

Well I bought walmart 10 heel soles for the arch it helped ... my feet hurt really bad but with time the pain went away .... also you can youtube on how to tape your feet to give yourself and arch... I tried it .... had a bit of trouble with it ....too tight not tight enough so I just quit sucked it up for a couple weeks…

I have found myself wearing up to three sports bras plus a bra ...anything less hurts ...this is for jumping jacks other stuff I'm okay with like a bra sports bra and tight workoout shirt with a shirt over lol

I'm mexican .... a mexican born in chicago ...lol my parents both come from mexico but if I dig somehow how last name is italian and there is history of italians moving inot the town my parents are from.... my hubby thinks I'm not mexican cause we look white and arw right at the border ..lol and I don't like beans lol ....…

I have the same issue ...... I don't jog much at all but I try and its been getting easier to breath. Yesterday I did two minutes and felt like I was gonna die ...lol but its better than the 30 sec I startd with. I'm guessing our body has to adjust I can't wait till I can do a mile non stop ....
