Juice, tea, coffee, milk, pop... You'll still be drinking calories though so if you're going over from drinking wine, you'll probably go over with any options above.

I stopped Crossfit because it didn't meet my fitness goals anymore. I wanted to improve my strength and just wasn't getting it through the classes so I can see what the poster meant. I also had zero interest in some of the things in the WODs including hand stand pushups and some of the Oly lifts. There is a risk for injury…

Way too long, didn't read it all but skimmed. First, your body didn't store 100 pounds of extra fat from not eating. You gained 100 pounds because you ate more calories than your body burned. Second, why stick with a fad diet when you have no health reasons for it? Your body is clearly telling you something isn't right…

I have a muscular frame and all I noticed was more muscle definition and overall fat loss. You definitely won't get "bulky" because everything is varied so much, there isn't really the progressive overload you would be working towards in a strict strength program. Also, for girls it's way more difficult to increase muscle…

Thank you! Sometimes common sense and logic is hard for peepz to comprehend.

Don't say no if you have a hard time with it but do set a price if it bothers you, especially if you guys are paying for parts. Getting a discount on services is favour enough. Don't feel bad for saying that you can help but it won't be free ( just offer a "special friend/family rate" which shows they are still getting a…

My arms have always been the last place to lose fat. Even at my skinniest, I had a huge layer of fat on my upper arms while everywhere else was good.

Here we go with the exercise nazis... OP, there are a number of crossfit workouts you can do at home, just depends on the equipment you have available. There are also several that are just body weight exercises (watch out though because according to some people, body weight exercises can be dangerous).

Seriously? No. I had never picked up a bar before joining crossfit and never once got injured. Saying that newbies to lifting shouldn't join crossfit is ridiculous.

Based on what you're looking for, I think you would really enjoy it. Most boxes offer a free intro class which would give you a better idea of how you feel about it. I think you should just try it for yourself and see if it suits your fitness goals.

I like this response. People get comfortable n relationships and some honesty is definitely helpful if you've been letting yourself go( as I found myself a little while ago). However his OP sounds more like she's practicing a performance review or interview for an employee more than she sounds like a casual, " let's be…

If you can't keep up with the running for one session, keep wAlking but don't stop the session.

Are you looking for advice on giving a performance review to an employee or relationship advice? I'm confused.

Weight loss happens when you burn more calories than you consume. 30DS is a great HIIT workout. Also, weight loss isn't linear. I think most people tend to lose a lot of weight in the beginning due to water wight and the number starts to slow down afterwards. Keep at it or a month and make sure to take Before and after…

Thanks for the replies. I just kind of slacked off the past month but want to get back into it without plateauing after a couple weeks. I'll try taking off 10 on each lift and go from there. Thanks again!
