Well, from what I think my appetite has decreased especially with the increase in water consumption. Also I am trying to stay within my calorie limit and I think since I am not eating that much, my body is getting used to it. I always have some type of high-fiber cereal or oatmeal. <- three miutes tops I always have an egg white omelet with spinach and maybe (sometime sprinkle a tiny bit of feta or top it with fresh salsa) <- five minutes tops or Protein shake. I get my husband to make it.

Yes, I agree with you after breakfast I am user have way 50 to 75% of my sugar (24 grams) and this if with fruit, milk, and whole grain cereal. So I just have said the heck with it. All long as it is fruits, vegetable and whole grains it healthy.
