I custom my goals on MFP, its 50% protien, 30% carbs and 20% fat...it seems to wok great for me, keeps me full and enrgized, I lift weights and do cardio, from what I know is protien is good for you and help restore your muscle after all those hard workouts. Yeah I lost 50lbs on WW, veggies I know was 0 points but Fruits were always points just very low, 1pt and 2pt. But yes I do log fruits and veggies cuz too much fruit is too much sugar even though fruit is healthy u should limit it to only so much a day.............I could eat fruit all day if it were up to me lol:)

I also lost 50lbs on WW before I came to MFP. WW is great and the greater thing is on MFP you dont just watch your calories but you can watch your sugar and salt intake..So its good to use both at the same time that way you can make sure the stuff you choose to eat on WW is healthier for your body, too many frozen smart…

Yay so today February 24th is the first day and our final weigh in and measure day will be April 5th :) So we do the DVD 6 days in a row and then every Wednesday is a rest day like it says to do. Take some before and after pics and dont forget to measure and weigh yourself today as well, keep me updtaed on all your guys…

Yes its just numb right by the scar, so I guess thats not too bad of a thing huh? Oh so that makes sence what your doc said, and that bites :sad: They need to come out with an After C-Section DVD lol

Thats what I was thinking, I hear some people just dont loose that "Flabby" even after they lose the weight....Im really hoping I can lose alot of it with hard core Stomach Workouts...I mean I do hae a ways to go so Im going to try to think positive that it can be done without surgery...lets see if we can do this :)…

Thats true milkywaykay, I should start being more proud of myself when I lose any amount even if its only a little at a time...Im going to keep that in mind...I think smaller goals at a time would get me to my big goal with alot less stress and help me stay determined...Thanks :happy:
