  • only drink the others if your are lactose intolerant. otherwise i belive you get more calories and less protein from them rather than skim.
  • My advice to someone who doesnt play sports or have that crazy workout attituted is to start slow. Move for 30 minues a day(cardio). Then if you want to try someon kind of diet work your way to that. The biggest mistake people can make is that they rush into a "quick" diet and workout routine and get burned out quickly…
  • shoveling snow involve more work of your back so marking it as that does you a disservice. i wouldnt recommend tracking that and just know you got a little extra work in today so you still get your workout in.
  • try only eating the eggs for breakfast and an hour or hour and half before wokring out. or just one piece of toast wit breakfast.
  • hmm. well if you want to push it then just always write down you are buring 1/2 the calories and always try to workout harder and longer. mind games help me sometimes when it comes to burning calories. or even put your weight lower on the tread mill so you have to work harder to lose more calories.
  • Its because of your age. you usually don't put age into your workout machines. make sure you look at calories burned for age because their is a huge difference between 40 and 20 years old.
