  • Hopefully this link will help: http://www.livestrong.com/article/47275-top-strength-training-videos-women/ You'd be surprised what you could accomplish with 30 minutes a couple times per week and light weights.
  • Nice! I was thinking the same exact thing. I support the craft beer industry.
  • I agree that it may be too soon. My girlfriend and I are big proponents of gifts that allow us to do things together. After three months of dating she took me to an amazing concert. I've taken her on vineyard tours, etc.
  • I'm right there with you. I start and stop constantly. For me it isn't even stress, it's boredom. The only way other people understand is if I tell them it's an addiction. Like how people know they shouldn't smoke, but then find themselves doing it anyway. I know I shouldn't randomly snack on things but then I'm in the…
  • I'll start with everybody's caveat that it depends on the specific individual. This is true...but: If your calorie deficit becomes too large (i.e. you don't ever eat back your exercise calories) your body will go into starvation mode and slow down your metabolism greatly. • 4 pounds per week is going to be tough to maintain going forward but it's worth a try, right? I'd say varying activities like you did is the way to go. When you go to the gym, do you do only cardio? Or weight machines? If you aren't, definitely try lifting a little to change things up.
  • I'm certainly no expert, but unless your workouts are extremely long as well as frequent, you're probably ok. Of course you're tired! Think about how much you're working out. I'm feeling the same way recently. I think the most important thing would be to vary your workouts. If you are doing cardio 5 days a week, your body…
