agggghhh I got off track, missed workouts, missed reporting my weight! hope I can get back on My starting challenge weight was 165 My current weight is 159.2 My goal by the end of the challenge is 150 Thank you for all you do! 5 weeks and counting!

SW: 165 Weigh in for 4/15 162.2 :( GW for challenge: 150 Rested up for ms 150 this weekend (150 miles on a bike in 2 days) so I didn't get my cardio in this week. Back at it next week. Hopefully 2 days on a bike will knock off a pound :)
