Check out Bodymedia.com. Great results using their armband. Very comfortable to wear. It ties with MFP flawlessly. I'd suggest the Bluetooth model.

Try Oatmeal w/ 10 grams of wheat bran, teaspoon of olive oil and packet of truvia. Throw in a protein shake and you should be good for around 3.5-4 hours.

As far as monitoring Calorie burn. Consider / check out the BodyMedia armband, It is not a heart rate monitor but monitors your caloric burn rate in different ways. All explained on their website. BodyMedia.com Sync's great with with MFP as well.
