Fitness Tracker

I'm interested in a fitness tracker (arm band or bracelet), such as Nike+Fuel, FitBit, etc. There are so many mixed reviews that I'm having a hard time deciding. I need something that's easy to remember (to wear), easy to sync, and the more accurate readings, the better. What's your preference? Looking for suggestions.

I like my Fitbit One for the readings - steps, stairs, calories burned. It's very small and I usually keep it in my pocket and put it in in a wristband when I'm sleeping. I use it to track sleep.

I get a nice weekly report showing average and high activity, lowest day for activity, and other stats that I keep to see how I'm progressing. It automatically synchs with MFP when it is near your computer. Charging is easy - there's a short cable that plugs into a USB port.

You can add friends and compare your results with theirs, and you get badges for accomplishments such as 5000 steps. People often set goals of 5,000, 10,000 and even 15,000 steps a day, so it's a great motivator.

You can wear the Fitbit Flex as a watch, which would be good for making sure it's always with you.

Check out Bodymedia.com. Great results using their armband. Very comfortable to wear. It ties with MFP flawlessly. I'd suggest the Bluetooth model.
