Nope. I can still chow down some cake. Fondant is really more of a decoration than a food. Maybe that made you feel yucky

Pizza with grilled chicken on it.

I can not believe I left that out. I usually cook up some eggs and vegetables with hot sauce after my shower and drink a protein shake and have coffee!

Take a few flexing selfies, pound some more water, shower, go to work...etc.

Awww, thank you (wait, that was for me, right?) Youthful face ;)

Was always deadlift until I grew a pair and started pushing myself on overhead press. Doing 5x5 at 85 pounds and my 1RM is 100 pounds

Thank you so much @dmt4641

@slaite1 and @dmt4641 this pic is a 6 month difference, the first 2 months eating at maintenance, the rest of the time bulking at a 500-1000 calorie surplus per day My most recent tricep picture after 8 weeks of recomp before lowering calories more for my cut.
-
Thanks @slaite1 and @dmt4641 I'll see what I can find.
-
Sure
-
@galprincess I found it easy to up my calories to maintenance by switching to more calorie dense foods as opposed to more volume of food. Now I could out eat some men, but that's a whole different story. Good luck!
-
I failed to mention I'm exactly the same weight in both pics
-
Food is your friend, trust me ;)
-
It's not the greatest comparison pic, but in a year of just lifting weights with very minimal cardio I went down from a US size 8-10 to a size 4 while eating at maintenance. You can see that my hips/waist got smaller, less fat in my face, arms, legs, etc. Since the recomp I have done 2 bulks and 1 cut and am currently on…
-
Eat at maintenance. No need to eat at a deficit. Give me a few minutes, I will post a pic that shows you the results from my last big recomp after my 50+ pound weight loss.
-
People were only unhelpful because you were so vague in the first post. To be helpful, glad to see you found the recipe builder, it is great. If you can't find a food listed at the right weight you have to do the math and figure it out based on what's available. Good luck on your healthy journey!

I like your...blue...fur <3

Oh haiiiiii

While I do believe weighing food is a great tool, I've been able to maintain a 50 pound loss for over 3.5 years with the exception of the weight I gained on purpose this winter/spring to build muscle without weighing one bite of food in the entire 4.5 year process.
-
I get all crazy by eyeballing everything... But back in my early weight loss the only strange thing I did was measure 1/4 cup of ice cream.
-
Oh ok, yeah, I get that. I guess I am ultimately on the thicker side for a woman as well. I'm cutting now and don't really see myself getting any smaller, just looking leaner. I'd go with the bulking for a while longer then. Maybe cut or maintain weight and recomp for a bit to shed some of the fat you'll pick up bulking.
-
I agree with @BradW99 you could go either way. Are you currently bulking? If yes, how long? You look bigger in the second pic so I'll assume bulking. I don't necessarily understand what you mean by cutting is hard because of your natural build though.

This exactly! Everything at Subway is pretty meh, in my opinion. Try some fresh made guac for sure! And there are lots of ways to use just diced avocado.

Powdered donuts. That are awesome.
