Everyone seems tiny on here! although it is good to see comparissons. I struggle because I thinkmy weight is heavier than my shape! I'm: 5ft5ins 36-28-37 Wear a dress size 10-12 (UK) But my weight is 11st 6lbs (160lbs)

I don't know if you're all fromt he US but it's seems funny that a cash bar would be such a horrendous thing! In the UK (unless you're lucky) most weddings have a cash bar - or are only free up to a certain point or certain drinks. Sounds like I should go to some US weddings!

I love sushi too! And our supermarket does little packets of fish rolls. The calories for medium pack are around 275 cals so for lunch I just add fruit too. Perfect! One thing I want to know - how bad is the soy for you? I loooove the soy!

That's really good to know that I'm not doing anything wrong with my sugars then - I ahve never measured my diet with sugars anyhow, only calories but I was trying to stick to the guide! Well that makes life easier. ChocoMello - you suggest 'good' carbs. I may be a bit of a dunce here but I don't know which ones are good…

I barely eat cane sugar either which is why it's even more frsutrating! Glad others are the same. I think 'm more worried being under my calorie goal consistently as I don't want my body to 'starve'.

Thanks for the tips so far guys. Perhaps i will up my calorie intake a little as Im not interested in getting very skinny but i want the fitness of the exercise. I will definitely take the advice of measuring myself and relying more on how my clothes fit and others peoples comments.

Wow! You look great. Great motivation for me. I think it can be hard sometimes to loose weight (and continue to do so) when you are not very overweight but still need to lose those excess pounds.
