It used to be you'd 'add 4' to to US clothes sizes to get a UK size (so a size 8 US was a size 12 UK). NOw I believe it's 'Add 2' so 8 US is 10UK. HOwever I find US clothing brnads on the large size (I'm on UK) and as standard i'm a 10 UK but can be as low as a 4 in US sizes....crazy world eh? Regadless - even if this…

I have a trainer once a week but I lift 3 times a week (once with her and 2 by myself). We're doing compound weight movements mainly such as deadlifts, lunges, squats, pull-ups and dips (amongst other things). Yeah that could be a good idea. I walk fast so according to MFP I burn about 166 calories a day from these walks.

Thanks for this - still a little worried about trying it as further reaserach suggests it's basically a sugar free diet and doing lots of lifting. That's not why i'm woried - i currently am moving over to that type of lifestyle - just don't want to pay money to be told that's what i need to do!!!

When you buy this product do you have to sign some kind of Secrecy Agreement as everyone saying that it works is incredibly vague (i.e not mentioning the type of foods to eb eaten/cut out and what exercises they involve). Yes i lost loads in the fiorst 2 weeks too. I then had a period of very lsow loss but the last two weeks have been drmatic again! Really exercising hard now (in training) so I'm guessing that's it. It's silly to say that if you're of a normal weigth you won't hvae cellulite. As jacquiroxx922, I also noticed mine when i was 12 and at that point i was a skinny gangly kid! It's taken me 6 weeks to lose 11lbs/. That was execersing 4 times a week (mostly walking and high intentisty interval training). Burning an average of 2000 calroies a week and eating an average of 1400 calories a day. Have just had to re-jig my calorie goal becaus eif my weight differnce. I thought it would be a lot harder…

You seem very similar stats to me! bet don't look like 155lbs to most people right? And my thighs are enoromus too! So although i think my vital statistics look good on paper when you put it all together it's not great.
