I read this article as well. I don't drink many diet drinks (I don't like the taste), but the article doesn't specifically say what causes those in the studies to be fatter. This is more of a correlation study in my opinion, rather than showing how it is unheathy.

This happens to me, I have low blood sugar. I have to be very consious of my activity and food to keep this from happening. That being said, I carry glucose tablets with me everywhere. They are a quick fix if you start to get dizzy, until you can get something real to eat. Not a good long term solution, but its helpful.…

I'd put sedentary if you plan on logging the 3-4km walk. Otherwise, I'd do lightly active. I think the difference is if you want it to assume you're already moving around alot rather than you entering it. I have a desk job, so I put sedentary and then log all my activity.

I went out of town and then had family at my house for a total of two weeks over Christmas. When I was gone, I couldn't work out and didn't have control over lunch or dinner.
