I did level 2 of the shred. Legs are sore!

I bought a Lindsey Brinn workout video that has a section for diastasis recti. It's great and really helped! I also love it because it not only strengthens your body, but also focuses on Keegan's and core muscles, which can be really weak after pregnancy and delivery. The DVD is boot camp 2 but you can also find some…

Shred level 2.

One hour lifting with personal bests on squats, deadlifts, and ohp.

BTDT. Glad I don't have balls that get in the way when I have to roll the bar off.

Hi ladies! My baby is 14 months and it took me a full year to reach back down to my pre preg weight! You ladies are doing great!
-
One hr circuit, followed by half hr walk with weights. Hoping to lift later.
-
Skipped circuit training yesterday because I lifted heavier than usual. Back at circuit training today, and maybe some added cardio later tonight!
-
How are you liking the HIIT workouts? They seem intimidating! I will try them after I finish the 30DS, I think.
-
Strength and circuit done!

Circuit training done while the kids napped.

Hi, everyone! I'm a stay at home mom of 2 who has a nice collection of fitness videos. I also use my husband's weights a few times a week. Oh, and I shovel snow since I'm from New England.

In the beginning I was starving! I ended up not getting too serious about losing weight until my baby started nursing a bit less. How old is your baby and how many calories are you consuming?
-
^^this always happens to me too. As long as you are logging what you eat and exercising, the scale will go down eventually. It usually takes me a week or sometimes even 2 after starting a new work out.
-
Amazing!!! Great job! I know you will finish off strong and be another MFP success story!
-
Best of luck to you! Feel free to add me. :)

I have small hands but long, thin fingers ("piano fingers" as people say). Wearing gloves helps me grip the bar better.
-
I would also suggest focusing on your diet. My stomach is similar, with that layer of fat over it. Focus on high protein and lean fats.

^^ this. I'm back to lifting after having the flu and many colds. I took nearly a 2 month break. My thighs were sore but I was able to push through it. An Epsom salt bath afterwards really helped!

I'm on here often. Request sent!

A year. 13 months to be exact. Breast feeding had me hang onto a bit of weight. I want to lose 10 to 15 more pounds though.

She freaks out over mittens. Like screams and cries. :sigh: And she has been biting for about 2 months now. That is much worse than the clawing, I must admit.

I stopped counting bfing calories once my daughter started solids at about 8 months. She still nurses about 5 to 6 times a day, but I don't bother including it in my logging. I make sure to et 1800 or more calories and focus on healthy fats, protein, and lots of water. I am o longer pumping but I doubt 1800 calories has…

I agree with bad form, as well as your grandfather's football injuries resulting in his physical limitations. I've been lifting about a month, and I can tell you that my hips and core feel so much better and stronger! I used to have to go to a chiropractor every few months because of hip issues resulting from my…

Just added you. My baby is almost a year, and its been much harder to shed the pounds on my end as well.
-
Added you! Good luck on this healthy journey!

No clue, but you should try ground bison if you haven't already. Yum!
-
My niece has it and its a total calorie blaster! I tried it once and honestly, it was way intense and fun, although I prefer running, lifting, and circuit training.

Had milk chocolate and logged it. Regrets because it will make my tummy hurt!
