I would try to incorporate more almonds into your diet. They're yummy, high fat, high fibre, and the carbs are low. This should help. I have a few each day and I have not had the problem of being "stuck". Hope it helps you! Also, Broccoli is good too!

This is usually* the case. I know I probably have been in the same position, thinking Im doing it all right but gaining instead of losing. When I was really honest with myself and started measuring more often, I realized I was over/underestimating my food and exercises sometimes. Good luck, you can do it!

Thanks for the advice in this thread! I was having the WORST cramps and muscle spasms in my calves. I'll remember to pick up a potassium/magnesium supplement. I haven;t been sleeping at night because my legs are going berzerk!

I miss BEER!! And wine!!! I really do miss fruits, cottage cheese, milk (the amount I have now is only in my coffee, I love drinking a huge glass of ice cold milk). I miss anything I see that's not Keto when I'm hungry!

I like the following, not only when it's cold, but when Im not feeling well or just need a kick in the pants. Hot water, apple cider vinegar (1tps), lemon juice (1tsp) , honey (1tps) and a dash of cinnamon. This is tasty and healthy and makes you happy :D
