I got a foot tattoo, and holy heck, it's painful. I'd give yourself about a week off of any strenuous stuff on your feet. They can swell and feel like they're going to rip open, and that's without anything on your feet. Plus lots of sweat won't be good for your skin while it's healing, it might foster an infection.

Tried Body by Vi because my friends sold it at the time and basically bought it for me and forced me to try it. Tastes good, did nothing for weight loss. Not really different than any other high quality protein powder. I *assume* that Shakeology is similar.

I've heard the Fog doesn't last too long, maybe 2-4 days? I feel foggy now but I don't think it's keto related. Not very good with logging, and I ate some carby foods yesterday and drank a ton of beer the day before. Hope you don't have many problems. The salt intake is important.

I would be so grateful. I would feel kind of less grateful if the sizing was very inaccurate, but still, the thought counts!! My husband has never bought me lingerie.
