Im exactly the same. Since my heaviest weight, Iv lost of 40 lbs now, but I still feel like Im fat. I dont see me as thin, even though my 8's are lose now. I dunno. I hope I know when enough is enough.

lol you dont "build over fat".. muscle is muscle is muscle. Its under the layer of fat. You will build muscle underneath then as you burn off and lose fat the little beauties reveal themselves. Your body is layered skin, fat, muscle.

WALLLLLLKKKKKKKKKK. Alot! I went to my most fave all inclusive in Mexico in Dec (See pic .. lol) and actually LOST a pound cause we walked the beach so much. I ate and drank a tonnnnnnnnn too :)

Go over in the protein - good for building muscles. :) Dont go over in fat, cal and sugar - but if you log sugar in say a sweet potato, corn and carrots - you will prob go over. Most people on here say do not log "natural" sugars that occur in fruits and veggies - but do log processed sugars such as ice cream and cookies.

I think about it in terms of a work out ... if I eat that, it will take me an hour and fifteen minutes of walking to burn it. If I decide its worth it, I eat it, and do my time. A few weeks ago, my girlfriend, who is convinced Ive turned anorexic lol, bakes her most decadent chocolate sin cake, to make me eat it.. hellllll…

oh yea, they will shrink alright. I went from a 38 DD at my highest weight of 189 and Im a 32 large C now. Just wish they were perky again LOL

I bet the culprit is sodium :) Drink a buch of green tea today! If I eat alot of salt I try to drink a bunch of green tea to help flush it out.

Yep this site is so awesome.. Ive always tried to "guesstimate" what I was eating vs birning and boy was I way off.. hence the 7 yrs of being at about the same weight. Ive been here about a month and a half maybe and lost 9 lbs. Welcome to MFP!
