LOL LOL A pound of feathers "weighs the same" as a pound of lead. Feathers are fluffy. Lead is dense. Fat is fluffy, muscle is dense. If you weigh 220 with solid muscle you will look alot different than 220 with fat and no muscle

Great! I try to follow that .. I love my fresh milk from the dairy, dont eat cereal, dont use canned or processed foods (99% of the time!) and never buy frozen meals - bleh. BUTTTTT I do love me some bread... bread is my weakness lol

Yep, I do. Its date night for me :) I only do one meal though, and though I eat stuff I normally wouldnt, I try to do extra exercise (though Im still almost always over after date night!) I treat my calories like my bank account on normal days - can I afford it?

Im 8 lbs from goal and moving slow too.. part of my problem is I jacked up my back and havnt been working out like I should be (Im resting on an ice pack as I type!) but we'll get there Sos - just keep on keepin on! You look fabulous :)

I weigh daily. Morning and night LOL I personally dont get discouraged by the daily fluctuations, but I do it to stay on track.

I do post it all at once now, but I dont usually finish it all till late at night (hubby and I do a late evening hike many days of the week) It would be easier to keep track of calories if I could log it the same way we are able to do the food.
