Oh, and it's in the freezer section and I store it in the fridge at home. I wasn't able to find it in any other grocery store, though I know some people can find it in their regular store. And by regular store I mean like Walmart, Winn Dixie.... I only go to Whole Foods for things I can't find in those stores.

The brand I bought is Ezekiel. I found it at Whole Foods along with another brand and each brand had a couple of varieties.

OK I checked your diary, just skimmed the past few days. You go to fast food places nearly every day. And, order burgers and fries. Maybe try giving youself the goal of eating something from home a certain amount of days, and continue to increase those days each week until you're no longer eating the junk food.

Talk to your doctor about the side effects. Look into Wellbutrin. It has the opposit side effect, people have lost weight, or just satyed the same. Plus your fiance will be happy because it increases your libido. Talk to your doctor.

Nevermind, I see that you're female. I'm 35 as well, and as young as I feel I still have to remember that I am a woman. I've been trying to put on muscle because, at this age, if I just focus on losing weight I'll just look sickly.

I'm 5'8" and weigh 145. My goal is to lose a little fat but mostly gain muscle. MFP has me set at 1200 calories. After my workouts it's bumped up to 1500-2000. I always eat a lot of that back. I do a yoga DVD to stretch. Stretching always helps. But, you need to learn to love the pain. LOL Once you get warmed up in the workout the pain goes away. It'll be back after you're done. I only do 10 min. on the eliptical, just to get my heart rate up before doing weights. I do 5 min in one direction and than 5 min. in reverse. You need a rest day. I go to the gym Monday and Tuesday for weights, Wednesday I do a spin class and a Yoga DVD for stretching. It's possible that you were just able to breath better outdoors. And it's easier to distract your mind with the change of scenery.

I use it a lot too. They used to have nutrition labels on a lot of their recipes. They may still have it on their pay version, but I'm not going that far. LOL There are a few other sites that have healthy recipes also. Cooking Light comes to mind.

Thanks. I'll make this on Sunday. I've been making a big pot of soup on Sundays and freezing a lot of it for weekly lunch or dinner. It makes things a little easier on me.

I am. I don't really have a rest day. I do from the weight training but I do a DVD or going to the park on a daily basis. You just have more energy in general. It is nice to feel the endorphins too.

My favorite is the veggie patty. I get lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and mustard. Sometimes olives. I also like the turkey with the same toppings. Oh, and I get the 9 grain wheat, I think it's called.

Yeah, I found one that I like on my OnDemand. But, it's more of a stretching Yoga as opposed to a strenuous one. I do it on my off days.
