Wow, thanks for all of ur answers. I will take some of these tips, I like the idea of adding 5 seconds each time. Seems like my mam is not He-man in disguise, maybe she is She-ra though!? Going to practice in secret! :smile:

Yeah my reasons are zombie related too! That and vanity and that I have spend a shed load of money on new clothes that are quite snug, need to fit into those clothes! :smile:

Spin is the best! Great music and u feel amazing afterwards. U can go at ur own pace but in my opinion u may as well go for it! My boyfriend had his first spin class yesterday and loved it! Happy spinning!!

I think there some kind of way of checking, not entirely sure what it is but something along the lines of: if u can wrap ur fingers round ur wrist and ur forefinger touches ur thumb it means u have small bones, if ur middle finger touches ur thumb u have medium bones, something or other for large bones... Blah blah,…

Thanks for the update @AlanaTedmon what's ur next step? Do u think that u will just control the cals? I could recommend the 5:2 diet, it works for me but once again not everyone, might be worth looking in to though?

If u have skates go skating, the best and most fun workout on my list. If u don't have any see if u can borrow some, same for bike riding. The outdoors is beautiful and will help u feel less - bleh!

Peanut butter + Nutella + bread or brioche = 'Reece's' sandwiches, soooo my downfall. Nice to know its high in protein though :smile:

I agree with @awesomejdad eat some salads and fill up on veggies etc. I think 1400 should be quite manageable. Obviously everyone is different though. Also as previously mentioned try to do a little exercise like walking for half an hour, this will earn u more cals to munch.

Also a Bare Minerals fan, can't use anything else as it all seems really heavy in comparison to BM!! Thanks for your input guys! Looks like I'm off to buy some coconut oil!! :smiley:

I am around 113lbs ish and 5ft, cycling for 2 hours (moderate) for me burns approx 600 cals but obviously depends how much effort i put in. I use the Endomondo free app on my phone, i think it is quite accurate.

I went to Michigan once and had 'biscuits' for breakfast they were like English muffins (also just known as muffins here in the UK). I was totally expecting Rich Tea biccies or equivalent.
