Very normal protein helps to build lean muscle no matter how you consume it. Try a protein powder shake before and after your workouts. Opinions vary but, it works for me everyone is different just see what works for you.

Depends on your goal. If you want to maintain your weight, you eat what you burn, but dont do it day to day. Find a steady diet and stick with it. This will be the first day of my third round of P90X. I plan on upping my weight and doing more reps (And not pressing pause)!! This will be the first round that I can do the Ab Ripper to a "T" and all the exercises with ease/confidence (except pull-ups lol)...Bring It!!

LOL, just do more stretching after the your workout and whenever possible it get better.

Yes, it does get better. Finished my second round of P90X and I was sore like you the first few weeks. Stick with it!!
