I haven't tried that one but my favorite dvd is Jackie Warner's extreme timesaver training. It's about 30 min long but you really fell the burn.

I am in that same boat. One slice of pizza hut supreme is 430 (i think). Three coors light is 306. I added everything I thought I would want and then did 2 cardio dvds to help me fill better about it. Good Luck to night.

I have just dance 2. It is alot of fun and before you know it you are sweating.

Welcome!!!! I just started too. I check in everyday to read about how everybody is doing. I like to read how much weight members have lost. It makes me feel like I can do it to. And so can you.
