Yay you is right !! Congrats on reaching your goal. One day doesn't change anything--you know what works, and I agree with what others have said--make it sustainable long term, make it a lifestyle change, and the (chocolate/vacation/birthdayparty/drinks/whatever) become the exception instead of the rule... You'll be great!

I'll have Subway probably close to once a week, and always get the same thing-- Turkey/Bacon/Avacado, no mayo, no cheese, no oil/vinegar +honey mustard all veggies except lettuce (spinich instead) and olives. wheat bread diet coke! 6" still comes in under 400 cal; no regrets about this one!
