Look if you aren't comfortable showing of your body then don't, but don't hate on those that are comfortable. A "*kitten*" can be in baggy jeans and a t-shirt with tennis shoes. There is no dress code. They don't exist. *kitten* is just a word that was invented to try to make people feel bad about themselves.

Problem is the suggestion that a woman is a *kitten* due to preference. I can have had more sexual partner that I can count on my fingers and toes ( which I haven't) and wear practically nothing. Still not a *kitten*.

I cook mine with fresh orange juice or lemon juice and rosemary. The amount is based on preference. Usually a cup for orange or a half cup of lemon,then add a pinch of rosemary.

I don't follow it strictly but rather have incorporated it into my diet. I eat a combination of Indian, oriental, Mediteranian, Spanish, Italian. I look and find the healthiest vegetarian versions, but we do eat a lot of Mediteranian because it filling tasty and not excessively fatty

I love strawberry rose champagne, samuria chai mate, and peach tranquility as well as green tea , purchased from teavana. I drink those without sugar, but English breakfast ,vanilla chai and Indian chai are my favorite quick breast teas that I add sugar and almond milk to, those I get out of the grocery store Stash brand.
