Zsudds....I have 2 bulged disks but I'm slowly building up the weights and feel stronger as a result....it may not work for you, but it does for me. When you have the mindset, like most of us had, that less calories equals weight loss and long term happiness, its hard to get your head around eating more and it does take…

Hi everyone I've been looking into this as so many people rate it highly! I like the idea of 30 min work outs and the opportunity to see some tightening up of some of jelly bits! However I'm just a bit concerned about working your muscles, the same muscles, every day with no rest...when do your muscles get chance to heal??…

Done!!!!!! My goodness that was in at the deep end after not doing a plank for ages!! Did the first 2 one after another with a brief rest. Then did some other abs work then did the last 3 with longer rests!! That last one.......yep definitely thought there was an earthquake going on!!! I think I may well suffer tomorrow…

Thanks for the replies peeps....not sure I'm any the wiser but I'll see how it goes..... For the record I have 1.5 stone to lose, 12lbs is my first target .....14lbs was my first target
-
I am aiming for stone and a half loss, but that depends on how well I get on with lifting and if I manage to build some muscle and lose some fat! I dont care what the scales show as long as I see the inches go down. So im not that close to goal which is why I chose 20% cut. But yes maybe 15% would be better at the moment…

Thanks for your replies...I've certainly picked up some useful info. Thanks heybales, that is particularly useful information about balancing out the long runs and calorie intake with the rest of the week's exercise and intake. Currently I'm using the light exercise hence the 1550 at 20% cut but will log any decent…

Good grief I can't believe how this thread has gone! I wasn't the original poster (she's probably been frightened off) but I did add the second comment about being interested for people's comments as I was curious. I deal with facts, so the posts from people who were just rude against the OP rather than at the product…

I too would be interested in anyones comments on these. I've been doing my own research on the internet about them and as far as I can see there has been no clinical trials on humans. A lot of people report success with them but an awful lot of people report no change, so its hard to judge. For those people it's worked…

I've not watched the programme yet (hoping to catch up with it in the next day or 2) but was just interested in whether they looked at the benefits of IF on people with memory problems, early signs of dementia type illnesses etc??? Kay
