Absolutely get to a health care professional! Chest pain is nothing to ignore. Having done a juice cleanse, your electrolytes could be in a deficit and if so, can have dangerous consequences. NA and K+ are extremely important for muscle function. K+ is especially important for your heart and even a small upwards or…

You just can't fake pizza. It is my most favorite of foods. I wouldn't get a whole pizza but go and get a couple of slices cause once they are gone, you can't binge on more slices. But I, too, have made the Flatout Fake Pizza. Does nothing to ease my craving and I doubt it would ease your longing as well. Just go for it!…

Feel free to send friend request and I can send some interesting stuff. Here is a funny aside tho. My whole family came to my home each yr. at Thanksgiving. About 30 of us. My kids and nieces and nephews would ask "so, Aunt Carol what famous people have you met this year?" My husband used to cringe because he worried about…

I thought you were in law enforcement. Being in my line of work, I have come to greatly respect you guys. I also worked part time in a maximum secure male reception state prison doing crisis intervention. It was in Fishkill, NY. I would guess you are never bored either. To tell the truth, I miss my work. If you work with…

I am a retired forensic psychiatric registered nurse. I worked with serial killers, severely mentally ill psychopaths who took insanity defense for their crimes. I did this for 25 yrs. I was never bored. Worked with a famous doctor who had his own show on Discovery ID. Dr. Michael Stone. The show was based on his belief…

I've been on Wellbutrin for 4 yrs. now. Initially, you will see a decreased appetite and probably lose some but over time, this wonderful side effect is no longer evident. A lot of people experience this initial effect from the medication. Many of my patients have also reported initial wt. loss but gain it back soon after.…

I am older than every post that has answered yours. I am 67. So..you know I have the same issues. I need to lose 30 more pounds and it gets harder and harder to do it. I finally realized that exercise is the key. I have no success when I don't workout 6 days a week. I am retired so I have no excuses anymore. Bought a…
