A fellow Infantryman, when i was stationed in Hawaii the Aussies used to fly over and train with us. Some solid combatants they definitely are. I have heard of wax , ensuring you shrink the fabric and all. I think you might have tried everything that i can think of. Maybe give it some time.

Solid metal constructions with the fewest cross-members is the best way to go for a frame in my opinion. Fewer cross-members mean less contact points resulting in less areas for squeaks and creaks. Metal for less flexing if any depending on the weight of your pack. I have a standard frame with large pack that the US Army…

Sushi is great, so is sashimi. I think like some have said, people are probably referring to things like; California rolls and tempura, which is NOT SUSHI!!!

You are good to go, don't change a thing.

Water is water. Everything else that is liquid but not water, its that thing.

Failure is inevitable, how you respond to it is what truly matters. I base my caloric intake on a weekly average, so a bad day isn't necessarily a bad week. So u might lose the battle, but win the war!

Wow, How?

Ummmmmmm, thick thighs are sexy.

This definitely works. Also it helps if you plan out your meals in advance, this way you can modify them accordingly. Add a snack here and there if you like and you wont be looking a 3:30 pm saying "oh crap i can only eat 200 calories for the rest of the day" because you tracked on the fly. When I consume my last daily…

This /I\. Exercise is not necessary to lose weight, accountable eating is. I’m sure you eat every day, ensure you end each day with a caloric deficit and the weight will fall off. If you can never find time to work out then it is imperative that you monitor what you eat (more so than usual). Don’t make excuses, make…

So true. I never let people "infect" me, I "affect" them!

Keep in mind that what the scale tells you is only a portion of the story, try to use BMI calculators to get the whole story(which involve measuring of certain sections of your body, not just your weight). When you lift weights you gain muscle, muscle weighs more than fat. So you could actually be much leaner but weigh…

I agree with this, the science is undeniable. If you use more than you get, then you should end up with less. Make sure everything, and i mean everything you consume is logged accurately. If you end your days with a deficit, then the weight has to come off.

Hell yeah, success stories!!!

Yeah all this stuff above. Also Purchase an exercise ball, go to work with it, take your chair you usually sit on, throw it at the person you hate most, place exercise ball where the chair once was, sit on it, do work. To be more proactive you can google plenty of exercises you can do while on that ball and still do your…

Agreed, variety breaks up the monotony.

All depends on your goals, your end state. Here is my OPINION: Its an undeniable fact that cardio in all its shapes and forms is the quickest way to shed the pounds when exercise is concerned, however you will notice once the weight is gone you may not be as toned and defined as you expected to be this is why weight…

Congratulations, a lot of great topic on here to help you, in a nut shell eat with a deficit and getting your cardio on is the quickest way to shed the weight.

Ensure you log everything accurately. Whatever you have your goal set to then that's the caloric intake necessary to meet your goal (obviously try to meet all of the sub goals as well ie. carbs, fats, protien), under your goal within reason is just fine. The key is accurate and consistent logging. To speed things up throw…

Re-assessed...... Dead-Lift, Dead weight, from the floor to the floor, makes sense. My question is overall whats the preferred method regarding the deadlift? I touch pause then right back up, i have seen it done without touching the ground, i have seen it done with as much as a three to five second pause (this one more…
