I am drinking a dirt coke right now. Planning to have a sirloin steak tonight after my exercise session. Does this mean that the protein in the steak will dissolve before my body can benefit from it???!!

Your calories do look very low although I can see from your diary that you are trying to get the protein in. With only 15 pounds to lose what setting would Mfp give for setting to lose 0.5 a week? I suspect it might be like 1400-1500 allowance. Ok, with that setting you would have to wait longer to get to your target goal…

Personally I find this all very confusing. I do notice that, in spite of fitting into my cals, I tend to put on weight or break even on weeks when I have alcohol. I do need to cut it down at weekends!!

Sea bass Sea trout Bream Salmon I use a steamer and put the fish on lettuce. That way it does not stick. Sometimes I add soy and ginger but watch salt! Steam for 5 minutes or less. I often use a layered steamer and do potatoes first and then the fish on top for the last 5 minutes. Works a treat and energy efficient too..

This! Exactly what I did. I started on the machines but felt they were restricting movement and moved to free weights. Booked 3 sessions with a lady trainer over a period of 6 weeks. Started at around 5-6 Kg with dumbells and now up to 9-10Kg. Barbell from 10KG to 20Kg. This is still not a lot compared to some of the women…

4 because it has a lower neckline and shows you off a bit... the ones with the higher neckline give a line across your boobs and make you look slightly heavier than you are imho of course. Re showing your arms, they look fab so definitely go for it. Dress 5 is also lovely so well done for keeping it. Have fun!
