I am 5'5". My surgeon said 130, but I think 150 is much more realistic. I am 57, have had two kids and been through menopause. I haven't seen 130 since I was 20. I have a large frame. I am shooting for 150.

I live in a really small apartment, and found a sturdy but small exercise bike. It folds up into a corner for when you have company.
