I added you as a friend. I started at 290, had GBS on 8/29/12. Have lost 96 lbs., and have been stuck since Easter. Cut my calories, and I am pounding my butt into the ground with exercise, but I just can't seem to lose. All I have left is belly fat, which is the last to go and the hardest to get off. Anybody feel free to add me as a friend. I added a few of you. I can use all the support I can get. Anybody got any advice about belly fat? I am now walking 4.25 miles almost every day, and doing my exercise bike 20 mins. 4 days a week. I can't do any of that weight lifting, or squatts or any of that, and I have to be careful of my back.0

I wouldn't mind more friends adding me....I started at 366 down to 329 with as longgggg way to go. Been on MFP for 107 days so far. It has been very very hard for me, I love food way to much and have trouble with meal planning some days. Any help and advice is appreciated.0

Hello, I started at 298 pounds before I started on MFP I lost 17 pounds. After joining MFP I have lost another 36 pounds.
So total I have lost about 53 pounds so far. I encourage everyone to read my profile before adding me. (I don't want to discourage anyone!) Good luck on your weight loss!0 -

Hi, I just recently joined. My top weight was 310 and I dropped to 260. But the last year has been incredibly stressful and I crept back up to 287. I am starting slow by first changing my eating patterns and logging. Anyways I would love some more weightloss friends to keep me inspired and likewise.0
