  • Hello all, I have been off for about a month and have gained back 10 pounds. I am so annoyed with myself. I was doing so well and then threw it all away. Anyway I am back and hoping to get back on track. I hope the rest of you have a great weigh in. I am going to a wedding in November and am focusing on that as my goal.
  • Not a good week for me I gained 2 pounds. I was sick this week and comfort food was the order of the day. I am so annoyed with myself. You would think after all this time I would have a better handle on all of this!!! Enough of the pity party, it's back to work for me. I am determined to have a great weight loss next week.
  • After being away for 2 weeks, and then a 2 pound gain, I am having a great week. I fit into shorts I haven't worn in 2 years! That is the best feeling, Looking forward to tomorrow!
  • Good morning all! I have been away, in Ohio visiting my sister and her family. We all went out for a wedding. It was great fun and great food! Unfortunately I gained 3 pounds over the last 2 weeks. Not to upset though, I had a blast there, but today is, back on track day. I am looking forward to a really good loss next…

  • Good morning everyone! I am new to mfp and am looking to lose 70 pounds. This challenge sounds perfect for me. The goal of losing 2 pounds every Tuesday is great! Looking forward to getting to know all of you, and taking this journey together. My starting weight for this Tuesday is 221.
