Thanks guys, I'm going to try to go back to the MFP method and eat back 50% of my exercise cals. Also, I'm going to log what my cal burn is as 10% lower than what it tells me. Better to underestimate than overestimate. Thank you for your input! I'm hoping that the change will help me meet my goals.
