  • You can change your ratios by going into the goals setting. Since I'm doing P90X, I'm in need of a lot more protein, so my ratios are at 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fat. I usually get in around 120 grams of protein a day. Play around with your numbers and see what works for you :)
  • People are unnecessarily aggressive in this thread.... if what you're doing is working, keep it up and let others do what works for them. Who cares. To the OP, I would hesitate to go the route of taking pills. Millions have lost weight without them, and they very rarely work. You don't want to be on them long term, either…

  • 165.2 this morning... only -0.2 lbs. It's frustrating how much my loss has slowed. I think I might be entering a plateau ugh! Starting P90x today so hopefully that will kick me out of it!

  • I have heard that eating late can affect weight loss too, but I think it's pretty much a fallacy. I workout late, so I dinner after. Hasn't really hindered me at all. I just try to eat when I'm hungry in general.
