I eat chocolate everyday and I dont deny myself pizza or cookie dough (my 2 favorite foods). but that only counts for 30% of my day usually. I would definitely eat most of them, and it is ok to eat at night, choose your food wisely and you will be fine, but why starve yourself when you dont have to. Its better to feel satisfied and still lose weight. Thats why so many people give up over time and go back to their old ways.

I put Jif natural PB and splenda in my oatmeal every single day. I absolutley love it and cant go a day with out it, its good for any meal of the day and keeps my feeling full.

I just got a new one in the mail today. It is from Walmart. It costs about 35 dollars and had pretty good ratings for the price.
