I just had a baby 8 weeks ago, am breastfeeding and have been working out again since I was 3 weeks postpartum. I am getting my figure back pretty quickly but still would like to lose 10 lbs max. I am trying to keep my calories around 2000 while nursing so I dont lose my milk supply and when I exercise I eat even more…

TIP OF THE DAY
This really works and helped me lose a lot of weight before. with every meal you eat, take a drink of your calorie free beverage between every bite. you will fill up a lot faster and eat a lot less. This works for me because I am a very fast eater and end up eating more than I need because I dont realize I am full until I…

I have been using a crazy amount of artificial sweetener, from splenda in my food and aspertame in my gum and diet coke for YEARS. I have recently noticed my increased hunger, binge episodes, cravings, major bloating, and acid reflux. My symptoms have gotten so bad lately that I feel I need to change something. I am going…

Calories ...kinda a dumb question.
When I set up my MFP program I put that I was the least active you can be because I sit at a desk all day but get atleast 60 min of exercise in 6 days a week. I have been TRYING to get up and get my heart rate up whenever I can. Today I wore my HRM to see what the calorie burn is and in 7 min I had burned like 27 calories.…

I am on my 3rd week of training for my 1st half marathon. I have logged 66 miles so far. a week in a half ago my knee pain started on the outer left side of the knee cap. IT never hurts the 1st 2 miles or even after I am done running, but by the 4th or 5th mile it really hurts. Anyone having the same trouble? What can I do…

I recently bought a cheaper HRM with the strap from Walmart.com after looking through the reviews. The reviews…
