Carb Cycling for women

Any info anyone has to share...I am interested in this topic, I lift heavy 3x a week and do cardio, long runs and HIIT 3x a week.....I am pretty content with what I have going on, and I am just wanting other peoples input that have tried it and are doing it now. I already do follow a pretty healthy eating routine the way it is but wanted to maybe change it up. THANKS!
