Anyone else using this program? I have always liked the eating for life plan and body for life plan, and now I see that Bill Philips has a new plan that looks AWESOME. Going to start Sunday. Check it out!

    Love Bill Phillips and even though I don't follow it religiously, I do find eating every 3 hours in mini meals works for me. I am excited about the new plan and will have to google and see what's its all about!

  • I think it makes a lot of sense. Now that I am not training for a long race. I wanted to start a workout that's tough, quick, and effective.
