I do it 3x a week. It definitely works! Just started a new HIIT. Walk fast for 2 min Run for 2 min Sprint as hard as you can for 1 min Do this a total of 5 times=25 min I also do Zumba 3x a week and weight train 2x a week. I dont really feel full from putting my fork down, I need something to help fill me up AND slow me down. It really works and it almost makes me feel STUFFED and the drinking between bites slowsssssssssss me down.

I am always hungry as well and almost always eat ALL of my exercise calories and sometimes more. I never have understood the people that say they can't. Even though I wish I could say that.

I think it makes a lot of sense. Now that I am not training for a long race. I wanted to start a workout that's tough, quick, and effective.

I add 2 tablespoons of Flaxseed to my food daily. It is the best fiber source out there. Try to find the ground up flaxseeds so your body uses the whole thing. If you eat the whole seeds and dont chew them enough you dont get as many nutrients. It seems to help me :)

I also eat a TON of peanuts and almonds. Thats where most of my fat grams come from, while still staying in my calorie/carb range.

I usually have a small low carb wrap, smoked ham lunch meat and a little shredded cheese. I put it on the microwave for about 25 seconds and have a low carb hot ham and cheese wrap. Yep I do those floor exercises as well. I dont have the machines in my home and we live in a small town without a gym. So I use resistance band tubing to work my abductor and adductor. I read some info last night saying to decrease my weight and focus on my long rungs for my leg workout.

Thank you for all the ideas. I currently eat oatmeal, yogurt string cheese, tuna, chicken breast, tons of veggies, protein shakes, nuts,PB, whole what bread, fruits, etc. I seem to get hungrier the healthier i eat. at night I cant help but start thinking about junk food and feeling the urge to binge.
