This really works and helped me lose a lot of weight before.

with every meal you eat, take a drink of your calorie free beverage between every bite. you will fill up a lot faster and eat a lot less. This works for me because I am a very fast eater and end up eating more than I need because I dont realize I am full until I overate.

    Drinking a full glass of water before eating a meal helps too

    That's a good idea...I also heard someone say to make it a point to put your fork down for a little while between bites.
  • I dont really feel full from putting my fork down, I need something to help fill me up AND slow me down. It really works and it almost makes me feel STUFFED and the drinking between bites slowsssssssssss me down.

    Thanks for the tip. I am going to try it. Putting my fork down between bites does nothing for me. I heard chewing 20 times with each bite works too. But didn't do anything for me and I got tired of counting. LOL
  • the hardest part is training yourself to drink so often.
