For squats I have been doing 3 sets of 15 40lbs, 30lbs, 20lbs, and 10 lbs the same thing for my lunges, deadlifts, etc I am really bulkey in the thighs now and I HATE IT! I have no idea how anyone sticks to 1200 calories. I eat 6 times a day and there is no way I can spread out 1200 calories to get me through my day that starts at 5:30am and ends at 10:30/11pm. My advice would be to eat every 2-3 hours that your awake, Balance each meal with carbs and protein and at atleast 2 meals add healthy fats and vegetables. I use the designer whey from walmart. It is under 15 dollars and has 3 carbs per scoop, 120 cal. and about 24 grams of protein. They have vanilla, choc, and strawberry. I think it tastes better than some I have tried. But thats just me. :smile:

i ate this everyday for 2 years. I now sometimes just eat it with PB or if I use the protein I am really liking the vanilla. Minus the brown sugar. I used splenda white sugar instead.
