yeah, I like some variety too. I might give Shaun T a try. I used to do Insanity and really enjoyed it but I love (and get the best results from) Tracy Anderson Muscular Structure. I might also try her original Dance Cardio DVD too Much Love xoxo

@hockey247 I really love the doyogawithme.com videos too :-) I love doing yoga in a studio but when I do yoga on my own I tend to focus more on the integrity of the movements rather than how I compare to everyone else, I like to do a bit of both xoxo

Seems to be the theme ... the legs take a few days to get up to the reps. Yes, it also took a few days for my wrists to get stronger and not ache so this seems to be normal too. xoxo

I just started Level 2 this morning ... Ouch! Its quite a jump up from level one but i'm really glad there is variation in the exercises rather than just upping the reps with similar exercises for the new levels. Hope you are all having a fab week! Much Love xoxo

I'm also going to start alternating the Meta DC with some other dance-baced 30 minute cardio videos as I'm getting a little bit bored and I try to do an aerobic class once or twice a week too just to have a little bit of variety. Much Love Claire xoxo
