I am 5 2 and 160..Really havi ng a hard time losing weight ....Dropped to 150 most times and gain them back....Getting so frustrated working with a trainer 2 days a week for the past 1 year.......but nothing happened ...because its hard to stick under 1200 cals a day....SO frustrated ...I have always been 155 now my weight…

Thank You for all the info.I am 36/f/5.2h/161 Lbs.I take a break on weekends from gym/trackings.But I still eat clean.I stay under my calorie goal.I have one cheat meal for dinner.I will pay more attenntion to track my food.I dont have a food scale.I measure them in terms of cups .I do 45 -60 mins of a local exercise…

are you working out more ?Always stay hydrated...Drink lots of water before you workout and also after you are done....I was having same head aches when I start working out. only .It took 2 months for my body to adjust .......

I had a disk herniation last week....this s like a eye opener ....thanks for inspiring me.....I was so depressed that I couldn't walk after 5 mins........this is my motivation to get to 6 mins and up
