To answer some of your questions lol I live by lake michigan, I love going to the beach, but I wear spf 8 ;) Also, My ex and I are still friends, but he actually perferred me heavier and his new g/f is heavy. So, that is his preference, but my current one loves my new sexy shape :)

Welcome! I started my journey when my daughter was 13 months old, this past january, I am now 70 pounds lighter! I have 7 more pounds to lose and I'm done! You can do it, just stick with it, count your calories! You will so much better about yourself! :) add me as your friend!!

Thank you all! Elliptical is what I used in the beginning and that is kinda it, I'm sorry I dont have a better secret than that but honestly for me it was just staying at my 1200 calories and I didnt eat my exercise calories...today I am 169.4...9.4 pounds to go! :)

Thank you all soo very much! I promise I was a very lazy person that snapped from embarrassment and humiliation and couldn't take it anymore, its not something you plan on doing its a spur of the moment can't take it anymore decision. If I can do it so can you!

Thank you all if I can do it so can you...I exercised in the beginning and realized I could still lose the weight without out so since I have a toddler I wanted to spend more time with her than at the gym constantly and for my stomach the fat just came off, I didnt think oit would aftet the c section but it did
