If I had to choose a artificial sweetener, I'd stick to good old aspartame, but then again, I like my coffee black. Are you serious? Aspartame is one of the worst things you could possibly ingest. Do some research!

I'm still getting the hang of the counting macros, but I agree with the principle of "You are what you eat". Eating healthy in our Western go go go world is difficult, we can only do our best. I know I have a way to go, but really appreciate the support and good example being set by many on MFP.

I had a stop start as my will power wained but I've been logging for nearly a month straight and have lost, 4lbs in a month. Some may feel its too slow but my clothes feel loser, so what the scales say is not sooo important!! Keep going........
