i haven't looked myself, but with cals that low, it seems shes not eating ENOUGH!! 1200 is dead bottom and shoulnd't be followed. add exercise in there, and def need much more!

i am from BINGHAMTON, NY!!! i am 32, 5'5 and am 261 with over 100lbs to lose and i have PCOS so follow a low sugar/low carb diet and try to exercise 5x a week, mostly in my living room in the morning before everyone gets up and before i go to work we can be friends :-)

checkout fitness blender on youTube they have tons of different kinds of workouts posted. my tv (and it's not a smart tv) is able to play youTube videos right on it (we have directTv, but i think Dish can do the same. not sure about cable).

this ^^ but i'll add, LOTS of fat! look into ketogenic diet. i have PCOS (insulin resistance) and follow a 5% carbs, 75% fat and 20% protein plan (for the day). if you haven't done anything close to those numbers before, start slow! ditto (i have pcos so i limit sugar/carbs). i just started a keto diet challenge yesterday. i was already doing low carb (about 20-30%), but this is EVEN lower (5-10%)! so far, not bad. but i can see how awful it would be to go from 50% to 5-10%!
