I eat when I'm bored and my mind has tricked me into thinking I must eat if I'm watching a movie. I first log what I want to eat. I watch calories, proteins, carbs, and sugars. However, I have hypoglycemia so the other three are extra important for me. I honestly don't pay a lot of attention to the other categories. Haha

I feel like swimming turns me into a different person! I have such a great time being in the water, but the second I'm out I blindly eat everything within a five mile radius. I consider not swimming at all because I don't know if it is worth it in the long run!
