Hi ladies! I'm a 5'7, 164 pound, 38 year old mama. I wear size US 8/10 jeans, size 8 skirt/dress and medium tops. My goal weight is 135, not sure what size clothes I would wear at that weight.0

I'm 5'6 (not much shorter)
175 lbs on the nose
I wear a size 12-14 depending on the brand of jeans.
I wear a medium to large top (depending on the brand and style due to my large bust.)
I took this pic today, so I can use it to give you a visual on my height / weight / size proportions
First off, you look great! Second, I LOVE that dress!!!! I want it!0 -
I'm 5'7 and weigh around 170. I wear a size 10 in women's pants and a small in the top. My goal is to be around 140!0

I'm 5'8'', 175 lbs. I wear a size 12, same as my highest weight of 186. I feel I'll be in a size 10 if I lose a few more lbs. I'm a 36C cup, size M shirts on average. My weight is well distributed throughout my body.0

I'm 5' 7" and 175 and I'm a size 12 in jeans at American Eagle and a size 13 at most other places. It depends on the brand. In dresses I'm probably still a size 14 because of my bust.
When I was in high school and weighed 145-150 (same height) I was a size 10 at AE. Go figure.0 -
at my heaviest at 180 I was a size 13 in jeans,
by 170 i was a size 9
by 165 i was a 7 and now at 160 im a size 50 -

At my biggest (which was like five years ago, before I joined MFP), I was 184 lbs; I wore mediums in shirts and size 14 pants.
I was 164 lbs when I joined MFP (January 2012), I was still wearing a medium in shirts, but I was wearing a 10 in pants.
I'm currently 146 lbs; I wear a size small or x-small in shirts and a 4-6 in pants (depending on the brand).0 -

I'm 5'7 and 170 . I currently wear 10 pants...sometimes 12 but they are mostly too big. I just started buying medium shirts.
I have been in 12s and larges pretty much my entire life so its been nice to get into something different.0 -
I'm 5'7 and 250 pounds. Horrible, I know. I think 150 would be perfectly healthy for my height. I used to think it was okay to be overweight cause i'm tall but now that I think about it, it's very unhealthy for my height.0

I am 5'7. At 175 lbs I was a sz 14 (US). I had a really high body fat % back then, so I was probably at the upper end size-wise for that weight.0

I am 5'7 and i wear a 10-12 pant and dress size. My shirts are medium. Every body type is so different that its unfair to compare weight and height vs size.0

I am 5'7" and my starting weight was 175. I typically wore a size M or L top, and size 10, 12 or 14 bottom depending on the brand. I am now 143 and size S or M top and size 6 or 8 bottom!!!0

I'm 5' 7", CW 180.2, size 14 and heavier on the bottom. Never been this weight as an adult, so no clue what I'll be when I get to GW! From the sounds of the previous posts and the knowledge that I have a medium to large frame, I'll get no lower then a size 10 I'm sure!0

I'm 5'7, I weigh 180lbs right now. My goal is somewhere between 130-150lbs. I just want to be more healthy! I fit nicely into a Medium shirt, but I prefer the extra material so I get a Large instead. I'm usually around a 10-12 in pants depending on where I'm buying them and the brand. I think I would be an hourglass shape if I didn't have so much extra weight around my middle. I have a small waist, big boobs, and large hips.0

When I was 175 I wore 13-15 pants as well as large or xl shirts. Now at the weight of 159, I wear 10-13 pants (the 13 is in juniors), and I usually wear medium and small shirts. Hope this helps!0
