I like the idea of one day "off." However, that seems to fly in the face of making this a lifestyle choice so I'm clearly not approaching it properly. Do you log your calories on these days or give yourself a bye?

Sounds like the support system I need! I love food--especially wine, chocolate, and ice cream. I am not motivated to exercise but know I need to get moving. I have my daughter's wedding in September and really want to lose 20 pounds! count me in!
