I have this problem pre menstrual and when aunt flow is in town! So for two weeks in the month dieting is so very hard! I reduced my cals from 1450 to 1300 over the last week and that's why I was over. Finding it harder to adjust but I will definitely take all the advice here and try not to go over my cals. I lost 1lb this morning!! Height is 5ft 7inch and weight 15st 3lbs Thanks all!

It's not so easy to just put down the fork... I rarely eat cake with a fork... nor do I eat icecream with a fork :P mmmmmmmmmmm ICECREAM

The quick added cals are usually veg and fruit!! I probably over estimate for them though. I'm meant to be on a reduced sodium diet and I'm also allergic to nuts so I tend to stick to what I'm used to which can get boring!

I've just lost a stone in a little under a month. I eat 1470cals a day and never go over. Lots of walking. You can do this. Good luck
