I'm so confused with all the different apps. How many cals should I be eating to lose 1-2lbs a week? I'm 263lbs 5ft 6inch and female. In my 30s.

Need Support
5ft 7inch 100kg. Lack motivations sometimes! This is my second attempt on myfitness pal. Busy mother and sometimes don't always make the right food choices but trying my best to stay within cals. I'm a emotional eater and a sugar addict! Anyone in the same boat? Would love some support and friendship!

Keep falling off the wagon!!
I really want to lose weight but I am good for a couple of weeks and then blow my diet!! I've got quite a bit to lose and that depresses me. I'm a total sugar addict and a busy mom. This is my second day back on my diet but I feel like I'm gonna fail again. Any tips and help??

I feel so impatient!
